Refunds are only made if the item is not available with us.

If the product is broken or damaged when you first receive it please inform us immediately.
We assure you that our fine jewelry will meet your expectation. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may
return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund or
exchange.

When returning your items please include
original packaging materials, invoice,
and a copy of Return form.

When
sending your package use an insured courier. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST
OR DAMAGED ITEMS CAUSED BY SHIPPING. Do not include “jewellery” on the outside
of the shipping package.
* Return and
Exchange policy.
· Copy of invoice is required for returns.
· The product must be returned in its original condition. It must not be worn and altered in anyway.
· If the item has been worn and damaged it cannot be returned or exchanged.
· Tags on the item should not be removed. It should be in its original condition.

The processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are
not refundable.

If the item was shipped with a jewelry box it should be
returned. You will be charged for the jewelry box if it’s not returned.
